This policy explains how Seventh Seal Youth Programme CIC ("SSYP", "we") handles personal information collected through this website. Formal company and ICO registration details will be added once supplied by SSYP.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional organisation, the reason for your enquiry and your message. We also record the date of the enquiry and which page it came from.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange programme participation where relevant, and keep appropriate records of our youth work. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Young people's data
Where an enquiry concerns someone under 18, we handle the information with additional care in line with our safeguarding responsibilities and, where appropriate, seek parental or carer consent.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records are stored securely and access is limited to authorised SSYP staff. We keep information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page.
